Do my clients need an account?
No. Each person gets a private link by email. They open it, send their files, and that's all.
Will it work with QuickBooks or Xero?
Requestpack sits before your books: it collects the documents, then you download them for your usual work. Nothing to connect.
What if a client sends the wrong file?
Ask for a new copy and say why, such as "The copy we have is for the wrong month." Your client gets a short email, and the document stays on their list until the right one arrives.
Can my team use it?

Is a link without a password safe?
