Questions about paying.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Your first 14 days are free and need no card. Add a card before the trial ends to keep going. If you don't, nothing is charged and your account is paused.

What does $39 a month include?

Everything: requests, reminders, your upload page with your name and logo, templates, downloads and up to 5 staff. There are no add-ons.

How do I pay?

By card, every month, through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, before any sales tax that applies.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel in Settings and your plan stops at the end of the month you paid for. There is no contract and no fee to leave.

What happens to our files if we cancel?

You can download every file and a spreadsheet of your requests from Settings, Your data. Thirty days after your plan ends, we delete your firm and its files.

We have more than 5 staff. Can we use it?
