The short version
Use Requestpack to collect documents from people you work with, and nothing else. Don’t send anything harmful, don’t pretend to be someone you’re not, and don’t try to get around our security or limits.
Requests and upload links
- Only send requests and upload links to people you have a business relationship with, such as your clients and the people who work with them.
- Only ask for documents you have a genuine professional reason to collect.
- Don’t use requests or reminders to send marketing, cold outreach or bulk email.
- Don’t pretend to be another firm, person or organization, or use Requestpack to trick people into handing over passwords, payment details or documents.
What you upload or ask clients to upload
- Nothing illegal, and nothing you or your client doesn’t have the right to share.
- No viruses, malware or files designed to cause harm. Every file is scanned, and infected files are blocked.
- Don’t use your upload page or requests to share files publicly or to host files for anyone other than your firm.
Our security and limits
- Don’t try to reach accounts, files or information that aren’t yours.
- Don’t test, probe or scan for weaknesses without our written permission. If you find a problem, please report it as described on our Security page.
- Don’t overload the Service, get around its limits (such as the number of staff or attempts), or use automated tools to sign up, send or download in bulk.
- Don’t copy, resell or rent out the Service, or take apart its software.
If something goes wrong
If we find use that breaks this policy, we may remove the content, pause the account or close it, as set out in the Terms of Service. Where we can, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
To report misuse of Requestpack, such as a request you didn’t expect or a page pretending to be a firm, email [email protected].
